Frida is a cup of Pu Erh tea. This is a unique type of fermented tea that's traditionally made in the Yunnan Province of China. It's made from the leaves of a tree know as the »wild old tree« which grows in the region. It has a deep, rich flavour many consider earthy or mushroomy. Drinking Pu Erh has many benefits: it increases your energy levels and focus, promores a healthy heart, cleanses toxins, aids in weight loss and reduces stress.
