FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TEA TIME CUP

1. How much tea is inside the cup?

Each cup contain 50g of loose that - enough for up to 20 cups of tea.

2. What is due date of the cup?

Each cup is freshly packed on day of your order. That means due date will be in two years after your purchase.

3. Can I drink from the cup?

Yes, you can drink from the cup. But, since the cup is made of recycled carboard it will be for a single use only.

4.  What kind of tea is inside?

Inside of the cup is loose tea.  One of the main points in favor of loose tea is that, generally speaking, it's higher quality than tea in tea bags.

Loose tea has a full and subtle flavour, potential for re-steeping and stay fresh longer. Tea bags also contain microplastics and we tent to deisgn and produce eco and healthy friendly cups.

5. Is the tea inside organic?

Yes. A major part of our tea selection is organic certified in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 (EU Organic Regulation). Our organic teas come from controlled organic cultivation, without using any chemical fertilisers and pesticides. Even for our conventional range of teas, we are now increasingly opting for ingredients and flavours from controlled organic cultivation.

6. What is Ethical Tea Partnership?

Our teas are Ethical Tea Partnership certified. The Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) was set up in 1997 by a group of British tea-packing companies. The ETP is essentially the “Fairtrade” movement of the tea industry. Coffee is a publicly traded commodity but tea is not. This means the Fairtrade rules don’t apply to tea and there was a need for a disparate system of authority. The ETP was born out of this need for a system to oversee the tea industry and ensure it was operating ethically.

You can expect your order usually within 1-2 working days for orders placed within Slovenia, 5-7 working days for those placed within the EU.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

We ship within EU.

5. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are 4,99€ for all EU.
